Through the ‘Supporting NDIS Participants in Residential Aged Care Project’ ACSA will work the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and all key stakeholders, to develop and offer a range of support services designed to support the transition of residential aged care (RAC) providers supporting NDIS participants to meet requirements set out in the NDIS Act 2013.

The Support Line will be provide direct access to a member of the Support Team. The line will operate 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST). If you would like to lodge a request for support outside of these hours we encourage you to do so by lodging an online request here.
Online events/webinars (recorded for viewing on demand)
There will be webinars available on each of the NDIS content areas including Code of Conduct, National Worker Screening, Complaints Management and reportable incidents and behaviour Support Framework.

The facilitated workshops look at each of the NDIS content areas in more detail.
The workshops will be smaller in numbers than the webinars and will therefore be interactive and provide an opportunity to ask questions.

RAC providers will be able to seek 1:1 support from the ACSA team to clarify information and problem solve their concerns. To access this support, you can call the support line or submit a request for support here
Access to Resources
ACSA and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission will work in collaboration to identify and develop resources that will support residential aged care providers to meet their responsibilities as at 1st December. Resources will include (but not be limited to):
