Are your contact details current?

ACSA are working hard to ensure details around the RAC NDIS support project get to the right people.  Below are details of how you update your organisational details.

As an aged care provider, it is your responsibility to ensure your organisational contact details are kept up to date with the Department of Health and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission.

National Approved Provider System

It is integral that aged care providers ensure organisational details on the Department of Health’s National Approved Provider System (NAPS) is correct. This data has been sourced to send RAC providers correspondence about this project.

Approved providers can access their currently listed contact details recorded in the NAPS. To do this or to update your organisational details, email the State or Territory office of the Department of Health in which your service is located see State and territory office contacts for aged care service providers.

Material Changes for Approved Providers

Also, a reminder to notify the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner of changes that materially affect your suitability to provide aged care within 28 days after the change occurs. For more information see Notifying material changes for approved providers.
